The live platform: alqassimgroup.net — 250+ vehicles listed · 4 showrooms (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman) · 20+ brand pages · 40+ public pages · custom admin panel.
The brief
A dealer group of this size doesn't need a brochure — it needs a marketplace. Buyers of Rolls-Royce, Ferrari and Range Rover expect to search, filter, compare and shortlist online before they ever walk into a showroom, and many complete purchases entirely over WhatsApp with a video walkaround. The site had to carry the full sales funnel: discovery, evaluation, financing, trade-in and booking — across four physical locations and both new and certified pre-owned stock.
The inventory engine
The core of the platform is a faceted search system over the live vehicle inventory. Buyers filter by brand, showroom, body type, condition, year range, price range and origin (GCC spec, European or American import), with a "verified & inspected only" toggle and five sort orders from price to mileage. A compare tool lets shoppers line up to three vehicles side by side. Every listing carries specification, origin and inspection status — the details that actually decide a luxury purchase.
Merchandising at scale
On top of the raw inventory sits a merchandising layer of landing pages, each with clean URLs and dedicated SEO targeting: 20+ brand pages (Rolls-Royce through Toyota, tiered ultra-luxury to volume), eight body-type categories (sedans, SUVs, coupes, sports cars, convertibles, family, electric, hybrid) and six commercial collections — Luxury Division, Special Offers, Featured Deals, Clearance, Ramadan Offers and Financing Promotions. Seasonal campaigns get a page, not a banner.
The lead & services layer
Around the inventory, the site operates the dealer's full service business: car financing (bank and in-house), insurance, registration, extended warranty, inspection, door-to-door delivery across all seven emirates, import/export sourcing and VIP vehicle sourcing — each with its own page and lead capture. Buyers can book private showroom appointments, request a specific vehicle, or start a sell-your-car / trade-in valuation. Every flow funnels to WhatsApp, matching how the Gulf luxury market actually buys.
Run by the dealer, not the developer
Inventory lives in a custom admin panel where the team adds vehicles, marks offers and manages listings without touching code. Content sections — blog and buying guides, testimonials, media center, careers, partners and a 16-question FAQ — keep the site working as a marketing engine between stock updates.
Built to be found
The SEO/AEO layer runs deep: clean extension-less URLs, canonical tags, geo-targeting metadata for the UAE, Open Graph with Arabic locale alternates, bilingual keyword coverage (English and Arabic), a sitemap — and machine-readable AI-crawler hints declaring content type, languages and region, so answer engines classify the marketplace correctly. The FAQ is structured to answer the exact questions UAE car buyers ask AI assistants.
Stack & scope
Custom PHP + MySQL application with a hand-written front end — no template, no page builder. Faceted search and compare logic, an admin panel for inventory management, 40+ public pages, and full metadata engineering. Designed, developed and shipped end-to-end by one developer.
